How are products protected for transport?
Products are protected with air mats, bubble wrap and perforated cardboard. We then place all goods in a thick cardboard box. We also use the "Caution fragile" markings.

How to return or exchange products?

use the DHL label enclosed with the parcel and send it to the nearest point of sale.
